Kristen was extremely rude, not helpful with any questions i asked and super unprofessional. I was very disappointed. I was going to hire her after consulting with her. It took her almost 5 days to reply emails. I had to send email twice to get her response. I asked how to proceed the payment and if she was available. She told me she is no longer available and will not discuss the case with me. Which when I spoke with her over the phone she said she was available and ready to take my case. This is absolutely unprofessional and I would not recommend her. This is from my direct experience with Kristen

The office is comfortable and easy to get to. His associate, Jennifer, is warm and welcoming as well. The atmosphere upon entering the office is calming during a time of stress and being scared.
