Green Diamond did an amazing job cleaning our home! We are still finding nooks and crannies they cleaned that were over and above our expectations. They were also very pleasant and professional to deal with. Highly recommend, and will definitely call them again next time we need a top-to-bottom clean.

Exceptional cleaning! Shawna and her team did two cleans for us, a move-out and a move-in. The move-out clean was on a much older home and they did such a thorough job they took years off the appearance of the home! Shawna is also very responsive and available over text! She takes initiative. For example, she jumped in and cleaned the walls for us, and saved us a bunch of painting work! Shawna is also very friendly and personable and a joy to work with.

As someone who worked for this company, I got a very good understanding of the company as well as the owner’s mindset. While she says she wants to give you a great experience, she will screw over her employees. I worked for a few months for Shawna, and has multiple qualities that I feel make the company one of the worst out there. She has terrible punctuality and if she gives you a time of service, she will probably be 30 minutes late. Along with terrible time management, she also lacks in communication skills. Ive gone hours in my day without knowledge of what I’m doing until an hour before I’m supposed to be there. She also does not coordinate with clients because there have been many times I have wasted my gas driving to locations that were not ready to go or were the wrong place all together due to her lack of organization. To top it all off, when I chose to leave due to differing opinions, my last check was held past the time I should have been paid because she feared I wouldn’t return the supplies I asked about returning to her not the other way around. Overall a terrible company to hire and to work for. Shawna doesn’t know what she is doing snd I wouldn’t be surprised if the company fails in the next few years.
