    Throughout my whole process of getting into the apartments I was helped by Jaime and Charles, they were great with everything and made the move so much easier. Andrew and his maintenance team are quick to help with any problem in your appointment. The residence at the apartment are nice and easy to get along with. Overall my experience has been amazing!

    Utterly upset and disappointed with the management recently. They recently messed up and charged some tenants double rent this month because they switched rent payment portals. Rather than sending out an email to those affected apologizing for the mistake and detailing the actions being taken to fix it, they didn't say anything and made the tenants reach out to them about it. When I called I was told that they were "aware of the situation" but blamed the mishap on another company and could not provide an estimate on when my overpaid $1700 would be returned, nor have they provided any updates since. [Backstory: They sent out an email 4 days before rent was due indicating that they were switching payment platforms so tenants would need to sign up for the new platform and deactivate their old account. However, they linked the new platform only and did not provide the link to the old platform so there was no way to deactivate the old account. I even reached out to the office about deactivating my old account to ensure this problem would not happen and they assured me it would deactivate by itself and I was all set]. Furthermore: They never return phone calls and selectively respond to emails. It took them 3 months and about 5 tries to replace screens in my apartment. My roof has had multiple leaks. They refuse to simply post a sign in our lobby reminding package carriers to deliver packages to apartment doors for no apparent reason, but will happily send out an email to the entire property reminding everyone that they are not liable for stolen packages.

    My two daughters (5&7) & I just moved in about a week ago, so far we love it. I love all the amenities! Charles helped us so much, he was super welcoming & friendly. I appreciate the time he took to sit with me & go over my paperwork, etc - THANK YOU CHARLES Some other great things: Stadium Thriftway is kitty corner to the intersection The views on the bay side of the building are excellent, the city views on the other side are almost just as picturesque. Also I just want to say I love the music in the mail room very nice touch.
