Very rude lady working in the back office (see below). Decent looking bikes most have visible imperfections, and some have pretty bad road rash from being dropped. Prices are low but still above NADA and KBB and they will not negotiate. Test drove a bike and the foot peg/brake just about fell off. Most of the staff are rather disinterested in your presence in their shop, which can be a good thing if you don't want to be bothered by a salesman.
My experience:
As I was getting ready to sign the paper work I asked about the "Negotiable" $150 dealer documentation fee, she said that it is required, when I pointed out the negotiable written on the paperwork she got an attitude and responded with "Well, everyone pays it, the last people that were in here paid it, the next person to come in here will pay it and you'll pay it." At that I left and came back the next day to talk to the salesman. When I told him what happened he said that the fee was required by the state (which is illegal for a dealer to say RCW 46.70.180 (2)(b)(ii)) and the only negotiating they would do would be to add it to the price of the bike or I could pay cash for it. At that I left without purchasing the bike.
Unlike the last two reviews (who are obviously employees as their only g+ activity is for this buisiness)I would not suggest going out of your way to buy a bike here.
UPDATE: I spoke with the sales manager who "was not going to BS me" as he told me the only money they make is from the $150 fee. Also he informed me that I shouldn't use KBB as a price guide and only use the NADA (National Automotive DEALERS Association) average price, big shocker there.

Unless you know it's there it's​ kind of easy to miss. Prices and selection good. Bought my bike there.

I live far away but I'm treated so well every time I go there. Sales guys aren't high pressure and just ask what you're looking for. They don't try to sell you what they have on the floor if they don't have something you're interested. Love these guys straight forward
