    Went to get my vehicle fixed here and they said they couldn’t get a new bumper so they put the old dented one back on. I ended up getting a new one online and replaced it. Repairs were going through an insurance claim and at no point did they tell me it was totaled. When I went to pick up my vehicle (which they called me on Friday 2 hours before they closed to come get it because they didn’t have room so I dropped everything to go) they said that the other parties insurance wanted to replace the whole tailgate (rear end collision) but they didn’t want to do that: shop never called to consult or ask me for decision on that. Additionally there was a new dent that was not on my vehicle and I had a check engine light which found out that they stole my gas cap. When confronted they said I gave it to them like that. Why would I bring it there with no gas cap? Bad customer service and extremely unprofessional. Will never go here again. Previous management/owner was 1000x better Services: Painting, Body & Trim

    First I must say that the previous owner was excellent. I used his services for years. The new management does not compare. I took my car in to have a spot of peeling clear coat repaired. In order to do this right the entire trunk lid had to be repainted. When I got the car back the paint looked good, however my trunk lid and convertible hard top would not work. It worked fine the night before when I loaded groceries into the trunk. I took it back to the shop for repair.After about an hour I was told to take it to Mercedes and Coopers would take care of it. Mercedes fixed it for $510. Cooper’s said they were not responsible.Mercedes said they were. After a lot of back and forth the owner cut me a check for $500. Close enough. When they painted the trunk they had to replace the model emblem. They put the wrong one on. I told the manager and he said he would take care of it. As time passed I reminded them multiple times. The response was always that they had not received the part. After two and a half months I ordered the part from Mercedes and picked it up the next day. I confronted the manager with the fact that it had not been ordered. He said he gets his parts from Beaverton not Tacoma. He then asked me to leave his shop. I called Beaverton the next day and surprise It had not been ordered.

    Wow! I cannot recommend Cooper’s Collision enough. After being involved in a car accident we called Cooper’s to see if they could tow our car to their lot. Not only were they able to tow it, but Ronnie (the best !!) RAN down to our car to assess the situation and then sent his tow truck to pick it up. They even towed it for free. We were all really shaken up from the accident and Ronnie and his coworkers were truly our saving grace. They went above and beyond to help us out in our time of need. Best auto repair shop in town!

The team was responsive, provided a fair estimate, got my repair done on schedule, and kept me informed throughout the process.
