All around just a ghetto environment can't have any guests over without them making a comment about how tweak the apartments, neighbors and area is. Wouldn't recommend anyone living here if you have children. Ever had someone knock on your door In the middle of the night asking for an eight ball? I have had it happen multiple times since i moved in and never the same tweaker, also gunshots not fireworks gunshots 🔫 sound like theyre right outside your window you can hear the metal clank in the gun its so close sometimes, plus constant sirens up and down Pacific ave. Oh plus probation officers checking on neighbors and oh yeah it takes 4 days to get a water heater repaired (whole building is without hot water not just my apt) as if we're not in 2019 where there's 24/7 plumbers all around the area. Im having fun boiling my water and playing goldilocks with my bathtub to give my 3 y/o daughter a bath.

New management not concerned about tenants comfort..only thier power to excercise authority over tenants describes thier ways..all about charging for everything they can get away with..not on top of any type of repair...water leaks..no hot water.etc...they let the once well kept landscaping go to weeds and unkept maintenace of lawn and bushes..btw..i still see rats running around.
