Terry arrived a few minutes early and was very professional and friendly. He thoroughly explained the entire process of the dryer vent clean-out on the second floor. He cleaned the entire vent hose and explained what was causing the issue, which he quickly remedied. He then sanitized the dryer and left it cleaner than when he arrived. I will not hesitate to recommend MagicClean and will definitely be using them again in the future.
