I called you earlier about your technician getting sewage in my room while he worked above us. You were quick to hang up to call your technician. Never got contact info or called back. I expected that he would come by after you spoke to him and he left. I am already in isolation with my family while I am out of work while im sick, and I had to throw away our bathroom supplies, toothbrushes, TOILET PAPER, towels etc. I told the front office and they gave me rags and told to clean up someone else's sewage your technician leaked in our unit, and failed to offer assistance even. After I called you! I see your guarantee is upmost respect and cleaning up, but does that not apply to me, as I am not your customer?? I'd leave a zero rating if possible!!
