we are longtime customers of Alfys from when you were on 14th st. on Broadway. can I make a suggestion. when making your pasta dishes use the pizza sauce it is way more zesty and has more flavor even if you have to thin it a little bit. but .that pizza sauce is the best.. and please bring back the north Everett Restaurant and bring Joe back. I dont know if he still works for you but when he worked the Everett store the pizza was the best.. a new revised restaurant will help revamp your business... thanks and hope you consider my suggestion..

OK I used to love Alfy's especially as a kid many years ago. The last few years have been hit and miss at various locations but the new Stanwood location is by far the worst I've ever been too. Our first experience was in the restaurant about a month ago and the staff was disorganized and not very friendly. After waiting for 30-40 minutes after finally ordering they brought our food out but somehow forgot to put in the pizza i ordered so I waited another 15 min for my food ....it was taken care of by the manager, food was OK. All was good and we figured we would give them a second chance last week by ordering out and having it delivered. We ordered two medium pizzas and some breadsticks. When we opened the boxes they had put on the wrong toppings (surprise surprise)so we called and let them know, didn't offer to have a new one deilvered just said they would apply a credit the next time we were in on our phone number. Secondly the pizza's were all crust maybe an inch or more thick, had some sauce and I've gotten more toppings on a Little Ceasars pizza! All this for almost $50!...I'm not sure what's happened to Alfy's but I would avoid at all costs, food is mediocre and its way overpriced for what you get.

I scheduled my daughter's birthday at alfys in smokey point in their room today for 2 o'clock. They did not inform me that I had 90 minutes of time so I figured it was the basic two hours that you normally get anywhere else you go. Just before 3 o'clock they came in to tell me I had 30 minutes before I needed to go because they had another party scheduled and I said no problem we'll be out by then this was in front of my family and friends. Another 15 minutes later another employee came in and louder explained again that I needed to hurry it up because they had to come in and clean for the next party. Not even ten minutes later two employees came in and started cleaning the party and picking up everything and scooting people out the door because their guests for the next party had already arrived. When I got home I was so angry that I didn't even get my hour and a half time limit that I called the manager who was not sympathetic not willing to help me out or compensate me for my time he pretty much just said I don't know what you want me to do because there's nothing really I can do about it now I'm just sorry. We have 5 minutes for cleaning in between each party. Which I then replied isn't that your scheduling problem not mine if I was given an hour and a half and I should get an hour and a half not an hour and 15 not an hour 20 an hour and a half. I didn't even get that before your people came in to clean and kick me out. The manager then told me again there was nothing that he could do at this time and all he could do was apologize. I turned replied this is going to go all over social media at your corporate office and I will never be back to Alfy's establishment again. They are rude or inconsiderate and I will never be back. The party started at 2 and I was home before 3:30. M W - It was EXTREMELY rude! You get 90 minutes AND THEN they come in to clean up. I can't believe they came into the room early and asked us to move. YOU PAID FOR 90 MINUTES! Not an hour and fifteen minutes! 😠S A - The manager was extremely rude when I called as well K L - That's terrible! I remember her 1St bday and they didn't do that to us that time... Apparently they don't want business. Awful way to treat paying customers! K M - Thats the way it has always been.. I booked there once 3 months in advance... Well I called n double checked my booking 2 weeks in advance and the manager checked and said yep "Kristina 3 pm we got you" . I showed up at 2:45 to check in and the lady said yeah back room... 5 mins later the manager comes in and says sorry there is a mistake this isnt for you its for another Kristina... You need to leave... I was like no I called 3 months ago.. He said sorry dont know what to tell you but there is nothing I can do its booked for someone else... M B - This happened to me with my daughter once and with a friend of hers too so I just moved us to normal tables all of us lol and we ate food so nothing they can do. I think the one in msvl is better. My friends daughter was put in an extremely tiny room in smokey point were you in that one? Like · Reply · 56 mins R K - Well I never! I am canceling my birthday party for this year as we speak! Sorry it sucked so bad. B C _Will not go there NT - I was there at Alfy's for my granddaughter's party and after seeing how badly my family was treated I will not be returning to Alfy's ever again. This post originated from my daughter. She had planned this birthday party for weeks and then to be treated badly! Shame on Smokey Point Afly's !
