I consider this Chico's to be hot and cold on service. I have walked in and been ignored by sales staff my age and have received very good service on other occasions from a young customer service representative. I definitely get the impression after a number of visits that this store caters to a particular clientele and if you don't appear to fit that mold you aren't considered very important. It's too bad because I am pretty sure my green spends just as well as the next person. But I guess I don't "look" like a Chico's customer.

With so many places to shop these days, I am always shocked when store managers choose to be rude to a section of their clientele.
Went there on a Sunday and was not approached to ask if I needed help (other women who were there were) and as I got to the register, the older silver haired woman turned to my cashier and said ok so what we have to do next is check the jewelry prices because they are on sale and then proceeded to have an entire conversation as if I was not standing there. Not a greeting, not an acknowledgement. The experience was sooooo different in Sioux Falls. This area in Spokane, I will not visit. As a Chicos passport member, that says a lot
