        Their wines are excellent and they have a very diverse selection! They are open very few hours so check their schedule before you call or go there and you will save a lot of frustration! I am pretty sure they are open Wed - Sun, noon to 5PM. Check before you call or go! The customer service is pleasant and adequate!

        Better wine than Customer Service. Ordered a few bottles for Christmas, but it was not worth the time, money, or frustration. Online ordering didn’t work so I had to call several times over several days just to get in touch with the salesman picking up his kid at daycare. Then it took two weeks just to get the order out. In the meantime, e-mails and phone messages went unanswered. When I finally got my order confirmation, the shipping costs were unbelievable. Most fair, considerate, and reputable businesses will advise you beforehand if shipping costs will be ridiculously expensive. Not Knipprath. Just got treated like the “Drive Thru” (reference Lethal Weapon!) NOT WORTH IT! Not the time, money, or frustration!
