Bought a car from Chase in June, check engine light came on 30 miles out of town. Two months later, it's been in and out of the shop for problems that seem endless, costing me over $4,000 in repairs, and I’m still figuring out all the things that are wrong. Mechanic said they had put sealant on a blown head gasket which seems to say that they were covering up serious issues with quick fixes to sell the car for more than it was worth. Price was too high for what I got by at least $2,000 and at this point I regret paying anything at all for a car I've had to pour money into and haven't been able to use. Would not recommend buying a car here without first having it checked for major and minor problems by a trusted mechanic, and wouldn't trust these guys to give any straight answers.

I purchased a vehicle from this car lot on a Friday. I didn't get to drive it two days before the engine light came on. The salesman/ car lot was not willing to help me out at all with anything and was rude. There is no doubt in my mind that they just cleared the code before selling it to me. I had to spend over 4000 dollars to get it fixed. I do not recommend purchasing a car from this lot. Update: changed from 1 star to 3. I appreciate the fact that the owner called and tried to make it right. Owner was professional and willing to help.
