We ordered seat covers from this guy Kelly in February of 2022 and we waited and waited for them to arrive so now it is July 2023 and we still Dont Have Any Seat covers!!!! We were trying to give this guy the benefit of the doubt But after him canceling out on us 4 different times we are getting our money back and going elsewhere!!!!! This guy has NO customer service at all!!!!!

The quality of work is excellent. Contacting them is a chore. The phone message box is often full, leaving the caller no options for call back. This matters if one wants to decide whether to swing by their shop for assistance or wants to get an appointment. They're friendly and responsive otherwise.

I talked with the owner after seeing the photos online of the excellent work done on boat interiors. I have had upholstery done for many projects before so I can spot excellent work. of the work I saw done the  corners were done perfectly , channeling is done perfectly...     I had a terrible experience with an upholsterer in town who ruined an heirloom chair and then charge me $700 for it. The reason I recommend this shop is the owner was patient and answered my questions was polite and forthcoming. They are so busy they're booked out by months but when I'm ready to have work done again this will be my choice.

Talked to Kelly back in early April and got an appointed time (6 weeks down the road) to come in for a fitted truck seat cover. Got a written estimate. Called back in June to find out he didn't have the cover in yet and was told he would call me back. He never did. He just wrote me off and left me hanging. Sorry piece of work there.
