great service in the cafe. however like most sad pilot flying j like the one in rawlins wyo-thats about as high a standard your going to get for driver amenities, i.e. lack shower water pressure, hot shower; do your laundry elsewhere thres an app you forced to download and the least money it allows you to load is $10 for a $5 wash/dry; would be nice if pilot/j took pride in there facilities and their employees were paid better. half the time the locations at best look like a post apocalyptic safe zones.

Rude, why are the men's bathrooms wide open but the women's are locked up like there's a secret in there they are trying to keep from escaping. Then you ask for a code and they look at you like you just walked in with a banana on your head. Just crazy rude people.

If youre a female truck driver be wary of this Flying J. A lady on night shift decided I needed to prove I was a driver to buy a shower. The disrespect! For reference my boyfriend was never asked to show his. The ladies restroom is locked and their excuse isnt even logical. The mens is wide open like usual. 5 stars to the restaurant and the ladies and cooks there. The entire time they were awesome and respectful. I will be calling corporate on Monday however. Not every female is a user or a SW. Show some respect.

Witnessed a lady being asked for her CDL to purchase a shower. I was not asked for mine (as a male). The mens restroom is open for all all men to use, meanwhile women are asked if they are customers in order to get the code to enter the ladies room. This place is not recommended for these reasons. I dont know why flying J or Broadway travel centers would allow this. Absolutely not recommended.
