I had a flat tire and they were more then willing to squeeze me into their busy day! My tire was fixed and the missing cap replaced in no time at all, not to mention how friendly the front counter guy was! Thank you all for the fixed tire!

Dont price check online and expect them to honor it. Inliterally had my phone inmy hand pulling up the tires i wanted when i made my appointment with trent. It is at that point he should have warned me that the online price is no good at that store. Scheduled my appointment, and when i showed up waa informed itll still be a few hours. I got my tires put on, and then found out i am paying and extra 11 dollars per tire than anticipated! Poor customer service all the way around.

The crew was fantastic! I have been a Les Schwab customer for many years and I have since paid off my account and closed it because i was treated so well at Tire Rama. A shout out to Trent, great customer service skills, I couldn't be happier.
