        Do not go to this store. Victra is a 3rd party Verizon retailer, not an actual Verizon store. They screwed up my promo on a trade-in, costing me over $700 on my bill, and despite several visits in-store and hours on the phone with Verizon, I still have yet to have the issue rectified. Every time I speak with someone I jump through the same hoops, only to end up with no progress, and end up having to spend a few more hours on the phone with Verizon because the store cant do anything because they are not actual Verizon employees. There never seems to be a manager on site, and the staff are unable to do anything besides sell phones and screw up promo deals. Do yourself a favor and visit an actual Verizon store, or better yet switch to a more competent carrier. Hours of my life and over $700 that Ill likely never get back.
