        technician was excellent fixed system taught me how to use set up my phone went above and beyond what I expected. was totally covid compliant. will recommend service

        Please stay away from this "company." You have been warned! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! No technicians available at least in my area if something does go wrong and it did. Half of my system did not work for months. I have been trying to cancel my account for over a month now and was just placed on hold by at least four representatives when one of them finally hung up on me. I am still on my phone trying to get this resolved after an hour and a half. I will be filing a formal complaint with my local law enforcement for the constant harassing phone calls to my wife from this company as well.
