        It is an atrocious company model but the technician is a nice guy. If you try to call the shop to speak to a the tech, you will reach a call center, if they answer, and speak to someone that has no idea what is going on at the shop. If you need to reschedule, forget it. Their schedule isn't the same as the techs and they only way they can reach him is via email.
