Update as promised: I finally heard back after I posted this review and they told me they had already fixed my mistake with the code and originally shipped my pictures to my address, but they never arrived. They processed a reship order and I eventually got it after 2 weeks. The same week I got my reship, my son's teacher told me the original package was found at the wrong elementary school. Overall takeaway, mistakes happen, the company made it right, and am happy I finally have my kid's photos in time for Christmas. Paid $47 online and sent the order form in with the printed receipt. Never received my kid's photos. There was a mistake on my end with a wrong code, but I've emailed twice and even included the correction in the physical order form I sent in on picture day. I've received no response from this company. I'll update my review if they ever show up, but I'm upset that potentially there'll be a gap in my kid's school portrait collection as he grows.

Always receive good photos.. been getting my kids pic done through them for 11 years
