I used these guys about 7 months ago. My pilot light went out due to a faulty part! Jane, the service manager was diligent in getting a plumber out to me ASAP to look. DJ, the plumber came the following day with several options to fix but ultimately said it would be better for me to replace the entire unit (it’s still under warranty so it was free) and said he would have a new water heater out to me the next day. They worked around my schedule and made it happen so quick all with a smile on his face! He was absolutely amazing! Friendly, professional, all the things! Thank you guys so much!!!

Would just like to say I am totally happy with the work performed by the Professional Plumbing crew of Jim and Josh installing my electric water heater. The work involved more than initially thought and Jim was excellent in communicating what needed to be done. It took them a couple hours more than planned, but they stayed at it until the job was done. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and have no reservations in recommending them for any plumbing work needed. Services: Pipe repair, Boiler installation, Leak investigation and repair

The company has an extensive compilation of finite skill and years of experience in the industry. I am very impressed with the follow through and commitment of the team. Highly recommended.
