I am sorry you had a bad experience with your grooming salon but you are leaving a review for the wrong place . You are not showing up as a client that has ever been a client of you dirty dog and I think you should be removing this review. There are 3 separate independent salons that work out of the same building and perhaps you were a client of one of those salons or even a whole different place , I have no idea , but most definitely not a client of mine . I am editing my response because it bothers me that you would leave a review for any salon based on time it takes and prices so I will stick up for my fellow salon owners by stating that regardless of what you were charged it's your responsibility as a patron to check prices beforehand ( I personally do ) Church hill steak house downtown is out of my price range but I know they serve premium food , I would never give them a one star review for charging for premium service just because it’s out of my personal budget , that is just ridiculous. ( we personally fix bad grooms from low cost places all the time for people) And as for time at a grooming salon (still not knowing your circumstances) these are live animals some take longer than others for various reasons this is not an easy job so maybe instead of complaining you should educate yourself on the processes it takes to groom a dog properly . If your expectations are cheap and rushed then you would be complaining you got a horrible hair cut so it’s a no win situation for you .
