        Highly recommended! I was dealing with a bulged disc mid back and a number of other ailments that were related that the chiropractor couldn't seem to fix..... I have been going about once a week to see Angelic for private sessions for the past 3 months and i feel like a different person! The pain has completely gone away and have more movement/flexibility than i have ever had! .... Amazing experience all around!

        I came in with lower back issues unsure if Pilates would help. After two weeks of Pilates I started to notice a huge change. Truly helped me with my pain and helped me grow stronger all around!

        I have been going to Team Pilates since 2015 and love it! The practitioners are knowledgeable and take the time to listen to you and to your body. I went there initially to rehab a hip replacement and never looked back.
