Ordered food for delivery the order was wrong driver said was goimg back to store to fix order manager called us back and said that he would send us out the correct order 20 mins later the driver calls us back and said that I was being rude and gave us a refund instead the food which i was not rude at all i think they just didnt want to come all the way back and deliver it too us..not happy

they were pretty much useless. They contacted the business that cheated me who told them the same lies that they had earlier told me, and that was the end of their effort. Waste of time contacting them. I don't know what their purpose is.

Because of the BBB I was able to get my problem solved. Which wouldn't have happened if they didn't step in. Thanks again

Waste of time and money. I had to call 5 times and deal with three different people to cancel my "accreditation" with them. They would transfer me to some one who could help and then the service would hang up on me. Zero stars!!!
