Quality Movers

Hired these movers and they never showed up at the date and time they agreed on. They wouldnt answer their phone and never called back. Worst communication and customer service ever experience with moving. Service: Local moving

Great to work with!! We ended up needing last minute help unloading a truck and they were able accommodate us and show up that day! Our movers were very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

So the first time we used Quality Movers a year and a half ago they did a fantastic job. So when it came time to move again on February 20, 2021 I called them again. Unfortunately our experience this time was very poor. The two younger movers that came to help us were nice however in trying to move everything quickly they were trying to man handle everything on their own which we found out was not good for our furniture or items we had packed. Once they got done moving everything and we were unpacking I noticed they had broken the wheel on my smoker, pulled the top up on my dresser causing the side to come off part way and as we unboxed more items we just found more things broken. We wrapped all fragile items in bubble wrap or newspaper and wrote fragile on the box. They broke a crystal pitcher my grandmother gave us, our wedding cake toppers, multiple glasses and a couple of my wife's collectible fairy figurines. I called them 3 to 4 times and left voice messages each time because they would not answer the phone when I called. I never heard back from them they would not return my calls or answer when I called. I also asked for a receipt multiple times in and never received one. You can see some of the items broken from the attached pictures. I would not recommend Quality Movers for anything after this last move. I would use a company with a way of filing claims and that actually care how they treat their clients. I was really disappointed with they way they just ignored us. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. Word spreads quick in Spokane they won't have clients for long if they keep doing this. Service: Local moving

T.J. & J.T. did a fantastic job unloading and placing our belongings where we wanted them including up a flight of stairs. They were fast yet very careful of in every aspect of the move. Highly recommended! Thanks!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I would never recommend this company to even my worst enemy. They showed up the first day did not finish the job and then no showed us the second day. They were super slow the first day and definitely not worth the money. Response to the claim below: You were paid over what was quoted in cash to your movers and you stated that you would be here today (next day) and you never showed up and instead of being a credible business and saying you werent coming you lied and stated the movers were on there way. You mover threatened my family multiple times and your worker was constantly coming at people. Your not worth my time and the other reviews on here and Facebook will prove that. Service: Local moving
