If youre scheduled with QTC to see PA Nix youll be better served talking to the wall. At least with the wall you dont have to repeat yourself countless times and the wall wont treat you like youre lying. There may actually be more personality depending on the texture of the wall. Really though, without airing laundry, QTC may be ok, but this provider working under their banner is not good. I ended up walking out of my exam because of his demeanor.

QTC VA is hired by VA and the results will only benefit VA and not the veteran They are a discrace and only perpetrate the deception and methods of the VA to deny honest claims.

First in order to be fare I have been here before and had no issues. This is why I gave 3 stars. However, if I rate solely on my recent visit it would be 1 star or lower if I could. I was basically accused of lying and questioned on my ability to read. The examiner did not address the information in my claim and when I tried he did not want to hear it. The overall atmosphere he created was negative and felt like he had already made a determination before hearing anything. They do have good examiners as I have see them. But, I would advise avoiding this facility because it is a roll of the dice on the examiner.

I was 15 minutes early for my app. I was told since I had a positive covid test within the last week I needed to reschedule. This was an extremely important appointment that I missed work for and had been waiting months for. I was marked as a no show, why would a professional medical clinic lie and say I was a no show? Very unprofessional and the individual who did this has no concern for the consequences of their actions. This is extremely upsetting. I responded with a email, and no response. I will be telling the VA that I would like another facility. Due to the other reviews here and I feel like I will not be treated fairly. This is a life changing situation for myself and my family. And your staff is willing to lie to bring negative attention to something so important to me. Very sad and truly unprofessional.

I was treated as though I was faking an injury to obtain financial gain. I do not recommend this facility. My wife and I both felt that I was being investigated instead of evaluated.The office was clean and our wait time was minimal. The office manager was helpful and professional.
