We needed a new damper at my daughter's home since the original from 1934 had rotted out, Dan came by gave a quote, ordered the part and installed it within a week, he also checked the chimney to make sure it was fire safe. He then noticed that the repair work (done by someone else) that had been done on the bricks/morter outside were left with a haze and we lost the beauty of the brick work, he came over a few days later and cleaned them up at no charge. What a joy to see the lovely bricks that drew us to the house in the first place. I recommend Dan highly!
