Great company and even better products! Everything from Leisure Concepts is made in America by Americans and I love that. Their Smartop spa cover is the best on the market and when I buy my spa, I will be getting a Smartop right away.

Purchased a Smartop per the recommendation from the sales person when I purchased a Hot Springs spa. I’ve had multiple warranty claims for the hinges, center fold seam and now the hard shell. The warranty Dept continues to claim that they have never seen such issues, but after reading other reviews, I’m not alone. The most recent visit they informed me that because they had to redo the center seam, that it has voided any further warranty. Don’t buy!
