        After doing okay business with him for years. He took on a new matter knowing exactly what I was asking for including filing a complaint. He ran up a bill for $900 (which was paid) to essentially make a demand letter and then waited almost a month after I instructed him to file the complaint to tell me he wasn't going to do the work. Might be time to actually retire Rob.

        I called for help and he was very rude. It wasnt the information that he provided that was incorrect or offensive in any way, but rather the rude, disrespectful, and dismissive way he said it and then he hung up on me.

      Why is it that tenants are always looking for free counsel and always gets offended when I tell them I don't represent tenants and keep trying to ask questions? If you are a tenant, please do NOT call me as I only represent landlords.

      You are a tenant looking for free advise and I only represent landlords. I'm always amazed by tenants who blow up, insult me and hang up when I tell them I cannot represent them. Have a better day.
