        Had a good experience the first visit possibly because they were super super slow . But a Poor experience the second though. Being a birthday celebration I guess I expected more. The staff was somewhat rude and uncaring. Not helpful in reservation area as well. After reading the other reviews it seems like when they get busy things start falling apart. That was basically our experience. I love Italian food but I would encourage others to look elsewhere a little overpriced for such an established restaurant. The owner did seem to want to make things right but it was a little late at that point the evening had been ruined. I do appreciate the thought though he needs to manage his people a little better.

        We were in town on business. Always looking for a good culinary experience we went through the reviews. There were a lot of hipster northwest type restaurants and steak houses. Then we saw Luigi’s seemed old school Italian. We were not disappointed. Highly recommend.
