The drive thru teller shut the curtain and walked away from three customers waiting in the drive thru. Yes it was 12:00 however I arrived before 12:00 to complete my transaction and after waiting the teller just closed and left. This isnt just bad customer service it is an out right middle finger to the customers waiting. If this is your policy it will be the demise of your branch.

I was blown away by how kind my teller was. His name was Will and he helped me, was patient with my situation and was very easy to talk to. The staff here are so kind and they are very nice to talk to. Thank you for your help Will!
