        Charles Fletcher is by far the best agent I have worked with. The rest of the staff are great as well. I typically shop around for best rates each year. Charles and Allstate had the best rate at the time so I purchased my policy through them. The exceptional customer service that Charles has provided since day 1 has lead me to stay with Allstate for the past few years. He is always quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!

      I have lived my entire life in the Great Northwest. Born in Boise, then to Portland, Seattle and finally Spokane in 1999. I am proud to volunteer with my family at the Spokane Civic Theatre and Spokane Children's Theatre. I am proud to be an Allstate agent since 2001.
