The guys were great! They were quick and stayed afterwards and tested both the new furnace and the AC to make sure everything worked. I was showed how to use the new thermostat and was comfortable with it. Would highly recommend them again to anyone.

Our furnace stopped working Wed night at around 6PM. We called Trademark Mechanicals after-hours service number and Josh Whitaker called back right away. After hearing about our problem
Josh thought he knew what the issue was. He still came out to confirm what he thought the problem was and to ensure he would have the correct parts to make repairs. Josh returned Thursday morning at about 9AM with the right parts and made the repairs very quickly. We are 20 plus year customers of Trademark Mechanical (and KTU). We appreciated the excellent and prompt customer service that Josh provided in our time of emergency need this week. The entire customer service experience was very positive from the very beginning with Matt Shandy, helping us understand what our Heating needs were, through the installation of our system with Cam and Josh. Trademark Mechanical is a great company to work with!
