I love this salon. Its cozy and comfortable for all guests. Ive gotten my hair done by Brittney and facials by Janet, these two ladies are top notch, and extremely professional! I Highly highly recommend! If youve never gotten a facial or maybe even had a not so great one please run dont walk and check Janet out! Her services are unlike ANY! These two are the absolute best! And one stop shop for all your hair and skin needs!

Rudest Stylist in Spokane!!!! I work night shift and was trying to find a place that could put two braids in my hair. I sleep during the day, so I went last night on my day off. I tried calling twice but it went to voicemail. Seeing as how it was 7:00 pm and tye website said they close at 8:30 I figured they were busy so I went by as I was in the area. I could see through the window the lights were on, and a tall dark haired Stylist was working on a client, so I stopped. The door was locked (I figured because of the area and she was alone) so I rang the bell like the sign said. After a minute the client that was in the chair came to the window and yelled at me They are Closed. You have to have an appointment! I said the website said 8:30. The client walked away from the window and the Stylist never bothered to come to the door or window she left it up to her client!! I walked back to my car and was getting I'm when someone (more than likely the RUDE STYLIST) yells through the side cameras You Are Being Recorded!!! Like I was going to do something to the cheap little SUV I was parked beside of. LMAO I had my car door open and could have bought two of the one parked beside of me for what I paid for my Lexus RX350 I was getting into!!!! How Flipping Rude Can A Stylist be to send the client to tell someone they are closed and then Assume I needed to be Recorded to make sure I didn't touch their car. I am a Security Officer for the love of Pete and do not look like I do drugs!!! I will NEVER return to this rude place and will tell EVERYONE I know looking for a place how this place treats people!!! You really should be a shamed of this behavior and treat people better.
