There is no other team like the team at the Center for Reproductive Health. From the very first phone call they made it clear that they would take care of us- something you desperately need when going through infertility. The level of care and attention they give each and every one of their patients goes above and beyond. Our baby was born in January and not a day goes by that we don't think of this incredible team of miracle workers with gratitude.

Dr. Robins and his entire team are beyond amazing. Miranda is a blessing from above. Dr. Robins is so knowledgeable and an expert at what he does. If you have the slightest chance of getting pregnant, he will make your miracle baby happen. We switched to this clinic after a horrible experience with SRM. We did 2 IUIs at SRM and 2 with Dr. Robins. Our second IUI with Dr. Robins worked and our miracle baby will be arriving in November. They pay so much attention to detail and switch up protocol if the first doesnt work. I have endometriosis and adenomyosis. So grateful for this blessing. Thank you to the entire staff for making our dream come true!

It worked for us. Dr Robin's is hard to relate to and the testing seems to go on forever, but it worked. We have a baby. Update: Round 2, the nurses and staff we deal with have all been replaced. They cost us a lot of money by severely underestimating our cost after insurance for our FSA. In response they said "Oh well, it's not our job to know what our services cost." The new nurses are just here for a paycheck, they are not very helpful with the process, and don't seem to care about their patients very much. I left 3 stars because it actually works. Service is 1 star. Down to 2 star. Procedure seemed rushed and the nurse had trouble communicating. Round 2 didn't work and then they appear to have doctored the bills to use up as much money as they could even though they didn't see us for the preliminary office visits. Last time we saved time and money by going to the local clinic for office visits.

Egg donors beware - Dr. Robbins has zero bedside manner and I left my first appointment completely traumatized. He did not explain any touching he would be doing in a highly sensitive area (during a transvaginal ultrasound and exam). I was visibly confused and shaken during the exam and Dr. Robbins had not uttered one word to me, didnt even say hi or introduce himself when he came in the room. I had to find out who he even was from other staff. I decided the $5,000 was not worth coming back for the same treatment. The office ladies are wonderful. Thats about it. This happened 5 months ago and I still have pause about getting a pelvic exam by my normal gyno. Dr. Robbins - shame on you. The women you come across not only help your business, but are people that deserve transparency and warning in such a vulnerable position. I wanted to help a family through egg donation, but I truly only left with trauma.

We first had a consult with Dr. Robins after several years of infertility. I wish we had seen him sooner! He gave us a plan immediately, and his confidence gave us hope for the first time in a long time. We then did both IUI and IVF, and each experience was as smooth as it possibly could be with the team at CRH. Our nurse, Alissa, was always a quick email or phone call away for literally any question or concern I had. Financial stuff was very up front and no surprises. Long story short, we now have our miracle baby, and it's all thanks to Dr. Robins and the team at CRH. I will forever be thankful to them all!
