Theres never anyone there and when they are they act like scetched out junkies who dont know what they are doing. I'm done with boost, worst customer service ever. Worst phone service ever.

I met Mandy first time today. I was upset about my phone storage and updates. Her customer service is fantastic. She listened to me she took time to be thorough and taught me about my phone. Fantastic visit. I will be asking for her here.

I came in unsure of what I needed for a case for my phone, and Mandy was able to guide me to the perfect solution, and even bundled it with a charger that I had completely forgotten that I needed, all at a price that wasn't too hard on the wallet! Way to go Mandy! Thanks so much!
