I have used Creative Carpet Repair & Stretching Spokane before and was happy so I scheduled them again which is easy to do. Steve arrived on time. When I opened the door he introduced himself with a smile on his face. I showed him around the house to point out the areas I wanted cleaned. He listened carefully and reassured me that he would do a good job. He moved furniture, put it back carefully, and doubled up on places that were dirtier than normal. He was great and I would highly recommend Creative Carpet Repair & Stretching Spokane to friends and family.

I would not recommend this company to be used. I called in good faith and gave them the best information I could on the amount of rooms and the sizes of each room. The lady on the phone gave me a bid range of 400 to 500 based on the information I gave her which sounded good to me. Then I come back from the weekend to a call from her where she said she got some more information and now the bid was 600 to 800! What? So I said well that was your mistake are you going to honor your original price? She said no it was a mistake and there is nothing I can do. I was not real happy with that. Extorting customers with a bait and switch type of price charges and trying to hold them over a barrel with some kind of price increase that you cannot move around, is beyond inappropriate. While I understand that mistakes happen she quoted with confidence and set an expectation. Then when I told her that I was going to put a negative review online and fine another company she just said that was ok with her? Really you are ok with bait and switch pricing? You are ok with doing business in a way that violates trust? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will cheat you!
