MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub

When this location was open, it was a great place to eat with family. I liked the rustic feel inside. The food was delicious and the service was good. I was disappointed when I first saw they had closed this location because it is so close to where I live.

First time being in Spokane and we saw this on Google maps and decided to check it out since it seemed like one of the few restaurants downtown that were not part of a national chain. Food: Food was pretty good and was decently priced for what you get. My wife ordered the fish taco kabobs and they were kind of disappointing. The fish was kind of dry and the sauce lacked flavor which they tried to mask with the spices. Overall it was a disappointing dish. The wedge salad was pretty good and the addition of a vinaigrette dressing on top of the traditional wedge salad ingredients was tasty. I ordered the sunrise burger and I was really surprised with how good it was especially since it had deep-fried jalapeños on it which I normally do not like. Experience: The service was kind slow and there were not very many people there so I am not sure why. Most likely because there was only one waiter for most of the time we were there. Overall it was decent and most things I complained about would be easily remedied and are probably not the same experience that most people have. I would recommend it though and we may try it again once the weather gets a little warmer in the spring.

Great atmosphere, love the lodge theme. Pizza is great and there are TVs everywhere to enjoy a game. They also VALIDATE your parking downtown.

The best pizza and beer! Try the smoke house not on the menus! Phenomenal service favorite place in Spokane. Great menu options and simple decisions with an outstanding flavor and price. Thank you Whitney!
