I take my truck to the Lithia service center for warranty work and have had nothing but good experiences so far. Yuriy helped me out and was very professional and explained everything to me; both times Ive been in they have individually addressed and fixed every concern Ive had with the vehicle. I trust these guys 100% and have never had an issue leaving my work tools, electronics, sunglasses, etc. in the truck, everything is exactly how I left it when I get it back. I recommend Lithia service center to anyone, Ive never had any issues.

I had an emergency repair required the day after Thanksgiving. They not only got the service accomplished that day but was able to check to make sure my truck wouldn't have any issues driving back. Great service!

My recent encounter with this car dealership has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. It was a perfect storm of bad customer service, rudeness, incompetence, and a complete lack of attention to detail, making it an experience I can only describe as a nightmare. My initial request seemed simple enough: I wanted to get the tires on my vehicle changed and an oil change. However, the ordeal that followed was anything but straightforward. I explicitly asked for the tire pressure sensors to be transferred to the new tires, a request I assumed would be met with common sense, given that it's a critical safety feature. But, unbelievably, they managed to mess up even this basic task. When I finally received my car back, it was apparent that they had neglected to install the tire pressure sensors, despite my explicit instructions. What was their excuse for this egregious oversight? They claimed that I didn't ask them to do it. But isn't it common sense for a dealership to include tire pressure sensors when changing tires, especially when safety is at stake? I was dumbfounded that I had to explicitly mention something so fundamental. The frustration didn't stop there. Trying to reach anyone at the dealership to address this issue was a maddening experience. I had to call their number no less than 15 times before a service manager bothered to return my call. This was not only a significant waste of my time but also a glaring indicator of their complete disregard for their customers' concerns. When I finally managed to speak with the service manager, the experience was nothing short of appalling. Instead of showing empathy and working to find a solution, the service manager was dismissive, uncooperative, and, incredibly, rude. It's deeply disheartening to think that someone in a managerial position could display such unprofessional behavior toward a paying customer. To make matters worse, reading through other customers' reviews, I discovered that my experience was not unique. Many other customers have detailed similar complaints about this dealership's poor customer service, lack of attention to detail, and unprofessional conduct. I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I advise potential customers to avoid doing business with this dealership. My recent experience was not just disappointing; it was a stark reflection of their consistent failure to meet even the most basic customer service standards. A reputable car dealership should prioritize customer satisfaction, safety, and professionalism, qualities that this establishment evidently lacks. This was the first and last time Ill be taking my vehicle to this dealership. Took our Ram truck in for repair, expecting an all-day stay. The waiting room had free snacks and soda pop. Our repair only took 2.5 hours! Very happy with Yuri, our POC.
