Crazy AWESOME repairs with EXCEPTIONAL customer service and attention to detail!... THEY fully understand what it is that my cars need...BRAVO guys!!! ...I've never actually felt like I was understood by mechanics... Thank you for your excellent communication and follow through!!! This is my second visit to METHOD SPK. I have a 2002 Town/Country and a 99 Jeep Grand... Strut/front end problems with my minivan and electrical problems with my Jeep...expert diagnostic skills and competitively priced!!! Hopefully I won't need to be back real soon, but I will call METHOD SPK the next time I need help!

I am so thankful and happy with Method SPK!!! I had recently purchased my car and when there was a problem, they fixed it quickly and their work was wonderful!! The staff were so kind, honest, helpful, and professional. I don't have a lot of knowledge about cars or how to fix them, and they helped me and handled things so well that I didn't feel the burden or anxiety of having my car fixed!! They made the experience of car trouble as enjoyable as possible!! Thank you Method SPK!!! They will be the first place I take my CRV should it need any work in the future!!

The guys at Method SPK have done a Great job for me on my Nissan Xterra, just when I thought customer service was dead- they prove it's not- they have went above and beyond to get the work done within my time frames and at a reasonable price! Thanks again you have earned my trust and business.

My Honda Pilot and I are from Yakima. We had just arrived in Spokane from a wonderful vacation week at Priest Lake. The ignition switch, which had been getting more and more difficult, would accept the key no longer. We could not get that key in no matter how we pushed and jiggled. Scott Williams went to school with my daughter in Yakima and their two families are good friends now that they have all moved to Spokane. He graciously answered my distress call on a Sunday, and we made arrangements for a towing and a repair on Monday. Job done. He even delivered the car to my daughter's house for me! Such service! But you can't ALL expect such personal attention. Nevertheless, you can expect good, honest, capable service. Nice guy, trustworthy mechanic.

Method SPK came through in a CLUTCH moment for me. I was picking up some utility items from AutoZone and let one of the employees know that I needed some work done on my Saturn Sports Coupe. I was referred to make contact with Brent at Method, and I am thankful for that reference. I was greeted and treated well during the diagnostic/logistic period before even handing over the keys. Next, I was constantly updated by Brent himself about the current status of work being done on my vehicle, questioned about making any further alterations or appointments, and quoted with a price before showing up with a blank check. The customer service was GREAT, and the labor was quick and somewhat inexpensive. Great shop. I immediately referred two friends to have their Mini Cooper and Pontiac checked out. I definitely plan on returning there for any maintenance checks or repairs.
