Rude and unhelpful. It is clear the people working their hate their jobs and the people around them. I see from other reviews that this has been an issue for a while.

I called the store looking to rent a knee scooter as my ankle healed. The rep on the phone said they had plenty to rent that day. My husband went to rent it as I could not drive. They brought out the scooter and one of the brakes wasn't working. He asked if they had another one available and she said no. She didn't offer to fix it, nor give him a discount for the broken brake. Upon returning it, i wasn't greeted at the door, I got about half way through the store until someone said " are you returning a scooter?" No hello, no nothing. The place was very unorganized, and messy. The lady gave me a paper to sign, and she had to clear off a small portion of a desk that was very low for me sign it. She also didn't offer any discount due to fact that the brake was not working and one of the back wheels didn't match the rest which made the scooter a little unstable. I don't understand how they are still in business. Unprofessional on many levels. Take your money somewhere else.
