Called got a quote, set a date for pickup and they were a no-show. Unprofessional kid who runs this services did not even answer the phone properly just said hello. I guess he is independently wealthy and does this for fun as he can just blow off customers.

Poop Scoop King did a great job!! Very quick and left a clean yard, despite it being several months since the last clean up (pre-winter), price was reasonable and way under his competition, will definitely use again!

I emailed for a quote on cleaning out our dog run. After receiving the first response saying they had openings March 22nd I replied and asked what times were available. I did not hear back from the company so I sent a follow up email asking if they were still planning on coming Monday. The response I got back from them was completely unprofessional and rude stating “where would we come if we never received a response to our questions? No address no answer of how many dogs you have. Monday is now all booked Earliest availability would now be Friday the 26th.” I will be taking my business elsewhere. I also never received an email asking me how many dogs i had they also did not ask for my address I have copies of all the emails I received. Even if this was the case and they had asked this isn’t how a professional should talk to potential clients. If I could give 0 stars I would.
