Our experience with Kris was fantastic. We just bought a condo and wanted to remodel it throughout. We provided some basic verbal ideas to Kris on a Thursday afternoon and by late Saturday she provided detailed drawings for our 3BD/3BA unit with even improved upon ideas. She is very innovative, professional in every sense, has the most state of the art software and produces drawings which are construction ready. We recently bought a house that desperately needed someone with a vision and Kris was just that person. We sent her a video of our house with measurements of the rooms and she took it and sent us the most beautiful renderings! Not only was she quick, she took the time to walk us through everything she had picked and was able to make changes on the spot. She was thorough, responsive, and always fun to work with! We love working with Kris!

Kris helped us with the decor and design of the addition of a Casita to our home. She was extremely helpful with the layout and choosing of floors, walls, cabinets, etc. She also worked directly with our General Contractor (he loved her too!). Kris put together an incredible book with all finishes, specs, pictures, that was invaluable throughout the construction. She also helped to choose drapes, shades, colors, etc. Kris would be our first choice for any future projects. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kris! She is professional, talented, and provides the highest quality house plans I’ve seen. I really enjoyed working with Kris and am extremely pleased with our new house plans. Because of Kris we are getting our dream home!
