The crew and employees of South Sound Shower Door LLC were timely, professional and courteous. From the first appointment of coming out to measure, to the follow-up from the office with the bid to the install to the install crew, everything was handled with excellent customer service. One window arrived from the manufacturer with the grid being inaccurate and the crew immediately handled a reorder and set-up a new install date. I can highly recommend this company to anyone seeking to replace their windows or glass. I know I will not hesitate to recommend this company to all of my clients whenever needed!

Another happy customer! This is a super professional and responsive team, from scheduling to bid to install, everyone I encountered was friendly and easy to work with. Special thanks to the install team for entertaining my noisy (and nosy) dog. She says you’re welcome back anytime. We haven’t used the shower yet as the door is so fresh, but it looks great! I’m hoping to work with South Sound Shower again on another bathroom. Thanks everyone!
