        While I didn't hire Alliance for a repair, the customer service was outstanding and they answered all my questions over the phone, ultimately determining I didn't need their help. Saved me a couple thousand.

        Wow thank you so much ...you really could have got me for 500 but NOPE!!!! These guys are honest...true to there name. alliance is 1 of a kind .my filter was lifted 6inc that was my problem..they fixed it for a service call....but even better I'm going to advertise. Alone spanaway loop road for the price of a banner on my fence 3x6 ...I'll take that .thanks again alliance...you guys will have all my bussiness all the time.

        Cameron was very helpful in walking thru the issue with me over the phone. We were able to figure out the problem fairly quickly and found i just used too much water too quickly.

        Alliance Septic was wonderful. They were even able to come out and pump my tank a day earlier than planned. When they got there, they were honest with me and let me know it was only about 2/3 of the way "full" and that I probably had a couple more years before I would need to pump it. I decided to pump it anyways, since they were there and I already had it dug up. They did a thorough job. Would use them again in the future.
