I needed a new roof during the pandemic and chose Perkins. The roof is now over 2 years old and looks great and has stood up to wear and tear. Their prices are fair and they provide good service.

No quality assurance. Had to call back twice to finish work-I.e. missing drip edges even after the first call back, didnt replace metal flashing, sloppy shingle laying, etc. There was still rotten wood underneath that they didnt replace. They used OSB instead of plywood despite me paying for plywood and didnt contact me about the change. The finishing touch was their quality check curiously missed all of it, I had to point it out.
