La Fogata

I love La Fogata! The food is AMAZING every time (get the arroz con camarones!) I eat there and they are very friendly, plus service is quick. I am a frequent customer and the woman who works there told me I could always come through the back door if I would like so I won't have to walk around (I live right behind the joint). So sweet! My favorite Mexican restaurant in the valley!

We have liked this place since it opened several years ago, but hadn't been there in the last 3 or 4. We've gone back twice in the last month or so. We were pleased to find that the food service are just as good as always. It's definitely not your chain restaurant Mexican fare, but it's also not trying too hard to be anything in particular. It's just good, fresh -- and freshly made -- food. It's owned and run by a local family. And the service is good, fast and exceptionally pleasant. If you haven't tried it, it's worth a visit.

Hey... I'm from Texas, so my expectations of Mexican food are very high. (Okay... "TexMex.") Considering the location being in Snoqualmie - obviously not a mecca for international cuisine, and considering the very reasonable prices, I'm impressed with La Fogata. Food is easy and unpretentious - and has always been exactly what I ordered. Service is casual... not over the top, but just enough to get you what you need as quickly as possible. Even when they are busy, it seems like a very relaxed place. If you're from the south, and expecting top-notch Mexican cuisine that will light your fire, then La Fogata won't likely excite you. But, if you're in the mood for good food and predictable service in a casual & friendly setting, then you'll be pleased.

Salsa so good!!! Great food!! Accidentally landed here for breakfast-- will go back.. I am from So. Cal- where mexican food is almost a mandatory food group. La Fogata rocks!! Way better than my local joint at home. Go Go Go-- So yummy-- So Clean and tremendous service!!!! Way to go La Fogata!!!
