Collector's Choice Restaurant

This is one of those places that charges what I call the SNEAKY TAX. Or "service charge" They add this to your bill and want you to tip your waitress on top of it. Or maybe they dont care if you tip or not. The excuse, I guess, is that you are helping pay for the waitstaff benefits. I have never had bad service here, and I feel like the staff are the ones taking the hit the most on this. The food is mediocre at best and overpriced before they add that extra 8%. Im pretty sure that my company doesn't charge a sneaky tax when someone orders a sign to help pay for their staff. I won't go there anymore. And I check ahead at other restaurants to make sure that isn't being done.

This is a five star all the way! From the time we walked in until we left. The servers are super efficient and upbeat. The food was amazing.
