Forever 21

Only pro to this store is it's well organized. Other than that, the customer service is TRASH. I was born and raised here and even when this store was in the mall, I've only seen one smiling face. Not over-exaggerating. The employees here have a serious attitude problem. It's gotten to the point where if I want something from Forever 21 THAT bad, I go online. Do yourselfs a favor and smack a smile on your face because you make your location look horrible. Maybe seem willing to actually help someone then scolding them the whole time they're shopping.

Silverdale Location.....Grade: F- ............ Will NOT SHOP HERE!!... Worst Customer Service, Rude Cashiers, Worst Manager! The Manager Does NOT care about Customer Service, and it shows through his Staff. No Wonder the Cashiers are so Rude, the manager sets the example!........ Cashier was rude and hateful to 2 customers in line, so customers set their items down and said they did not want to Shop at a Store with such rude service. Then when I agreed with the other Customer that left, the Cashier became Rude to me also. When asking her name she stated she does not have to give a name. (No one wore tags...so this must be a regular rude behavior, if you don't want to give your name at least a "Cashier #1,#2,#3." would do.) Called the Manager over but he acted as if he did not care whether the staff is good to the customer at all. He did not even care that he lost sales. No Apologies given. In fact he seemed to set the Example for Sarcasm & disrespect. I felt bad for the Customers that left because you could tell that it ruined their day. My family will not Shop at this store anymore.

The WORST customer service ever!! The only way they'll talk to you....at checkout!!! Are they not trained?! It's called customer service!!!

I spend a lot of money at forever 21 it's my favorite place to shop at! But I will never go back to this location ...I came in an hour before close because I work late hours and they made it pretty clear they wanted me out .... I was in the fitting room around 8:20 and one of the associates blocked off the fitting rooms while I was still in there!!! Not to mention one of the associate was in one of the fitting rooms on the phone cursing at someone ...I've never been the type of person to write bad review or even go out of my way ...but it was apparent she wasn't having a bad day or anything ...she was being malicious and rude and laughing and rolling her eyes because I gave her some clothes to put away ...it's your job!!! By far worst place ever which is unfortunate being how new the store is
