We always have problems with this office. The receptionists there need more training as to how to talk to patients and basically do their job properly. They will tell you that you cannot switch your doctor and that you have to keep the same one. Last time I check it was our right to choose our providers. They will lie about faxing paperwork over and make you or someone else feel as if it is their fault of course. If I could give 0 stars I would but let’s face it a 1 star review basically means a 0 either way.

I've never had such trouble with lack of communication dealing with a business. I was on FMLA leave for a period of time with my work and required paperwork needing to be filled out by the doctors office in order to return back to full duty. The packet I turned in was misplaced and lost that was required to be filled out in order for the FMLA process to start and was not notified anyone in regards to this, thus leaving me out of work and not even protected under the leave act. My work had made several calls to the office only to be sent to a voicemail and none of the calls being returned to handle things accordingly. After faxing the paperwork over to be cleared back to work the eight page packet was eventually sent over and filled out incomplete. Five out of the eight pages were faxed back to my work leaving everything incomplete and no progress made despite the fact after several calls on my end were finally made and told that everything was handled. After speaking to my work and being informed nothing had been completed I ended up having to get another packet and hand deliver it to the office for it to be re filled out. A week later the paperwork had once again finally been faxed over, but this time all eight pages were sent back to my employer however only five of the pages were filled out again. The last page was not signed and caused me another week of missing work. I then continued to call and eventually headed into the office to tell them that ALL paperwork needs to be filled out. Several days had passed, no phone calls, no updates, or anything that I was promised happened. I then proceeded to call L&I and set a case up in regards to the issues I had been dealing with. I called the office and finally got someone on the line and notified them of the case I had opened because I felt this wasnt right. After missing several weeks of work because of this and only after bringing up the L&I case up it was then finally handled and everything sent over. Turns out L&I has no control over the medical end and I was informed that I simply needed to change doctors which didnt help my case much. Needless to say I feel no one should have to jump through as many hoops that I did nor miss out on so much work due to some simple paperwork being rushed through and not filled out properly.
