Representatives are courteous and timely with our long term care incontinent supplies (and occasional nutritional supplement orders). Each month I receive a call for a reminder to reorder, which I truly appreciate! Easy intake for new residents. Never any issues with deliveries or quality of supplies.

From my experience in the last year. They started out really well. All supplies ordered were delivered within days. In the last 4 months they didnt send my order, 3 times. While i am usually very quiet about my reviews, I wanted to let adult foster homes and everyone else who depends on services like this, this really isnt acceptable. Our Elderly have enough struggles with independence and dignity they shouldnt have to worry about not getting supplies ordered.
